Manuel Numrich is a member of Taylor Wessing's Practice Area Corporate. He specializes in rendering comprehensive legal advice in respect of the structuring and implementation of transactions, in particular with respect to investments made by international investors in Germany. He focuses on M&A transactions as well as on corporate real estate transactions, including the financing of acquisitions. Moreover, Manuel has special expertise in NPL transactions.
Manuel studied law at the University of Hamburg. He completed his requisite legal training with an internationally recognized English law firm in London and Frankfurt/Main. Manuel is working on his doctoral thesis in the area of banking and financial regulation law.
In 2007 he was admitted to the German bar. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing Berlin in 2010 he was working as lawyer in a leading international law firm in Munich. He is member of the Berlin Chamber of Lawyers (Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin).
Manuel, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
