Manuel Frieß is member of the Frankfurt Corporate department since 2006. He is specialises in corporate law, including M & A, transformation law and corporate financing, in particular listing and capital market law.
Manuel was born in 1979. He studied law at the University of Bayreuth with focus on commercial law, company law and bank law. Following his first legal state exam in 2004 he worked for another leading international law firm during his legal trainee ships. In 2006 he passed his second legal state exam and obtained his education as mediator and was admitted as a lawyer.
