Magdalena Harnischfeger-Ksoll – Consultant

Magdalena Harnischfeger-Ksoll studied law at the Universities of Hamburg and Munich. She has been partner in our law firm in the Munich and Shanghai offices since 1996.

Magdalena Harnischfeger-Ksoll has particular expertise in the law relating to the People’s Republic of China and started consultancy in China-transactions in 1979. She is recognised as a specialist in International Commercial Law and particularly in Joint Ventures and other forms of investive and non-investive international co-operation in China and acting as legal adviser to Chinese Ministries.

She is the author and co-author of numerous publications relating to the Law of the People’s Republic of hina. She is a member of several associations relating to business with China and, in particular, she is the Head of the German Delegation of the Sino-German Governmental Bilateral Legal Working Group for Legal Issues related to Economic Cooperation.
