Lisa is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. She advises medium-sized enterprises as well as multi-nationals on their business activities in China. She has extensive experience in the corporate environment, covering inbound and outbound M&A, foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, RMB fund formation, private equity investment, as well as general corporate matters. She advises clients from various industries, such as manufacturing, energy and TMT.
Lisa graduated from Peking University in 2004 with bachelor's degree in law and economics. In 2005 she obtained a LL.M. from the University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing's Beijing office, she worked for top tier US law firms as well as a reputable domestic law firm. She was admitted to the Chinese bar in 2005.
Lisa is a native Chinese speaker (Mandarin) and fluent in English.
