Justine is an associate in the Trade Marks, Copyright and Media group.

She assists with the management of a major high street retailer's worldwide trade mark portfolio, including advising on registration and opposition matters in several jurisdictions and a recent High Court dispute which went to Summary Judgment. She also recently drafted a Trade Mark and Domain Name Administration Policy for this client.

Justine has also assisted with brand protection matters for a major multinational conglomerate which operates in a number of sectors including communications, electronics and healthcare. Justine's work for this client has involved a number of company name, domain name and trade mark disputes including opposition proceedings and pre-action settlement.

Justine has also been involved in domain name disputes for a major broadcaster and a shopping centre operator, and has assisted with libel actions and copyright infringement claims in the High Court.

Justine has a first class honours degree in Law from King's College, London and obtained a distinction for her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London. Justine has also completed a six-month secondment to British Airways, during which she advised on several high-profile advertising campaigns and sponsorship agreements.
