Justin is a partner in the Real Estate Department and specialises in real estate finance, development and social housing work

Areas of real estate expertise include: 

• Senior debt, mezzanine and equity funding across a broad range of investment and development transactions

• Development including site assembly, forward funding and disposal

• Investment portfolio sales and purchases

• Large scale development for registered social landlords from site assembly through to commercial sale and letting 

Justin read History (BA Hons) at Southampton University, undertook the Common Professional Examination at North London University, having undertaken the Legal Practice Course at Guildford College of Law.
