Dr. Julia Schweitzer – Senior Associate

Julia Schweitzer is a member of the Practice Area Employment and Pensions within the Frankfurt Office of Taylor Wessing. She advises national and international clients in all areas of collective and individual employment law.

Julia Schweitzer studied law at the JWG University in Frankfurt/Main. After her first exam, she completed a doctorate funded through the German Research Foundation at the History of Law Graduate School in Frankfurt. In the framework of her dissertation on the origins of the European (maritime) Employment Law, she spent 8 months researching this topic at the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris. She completed her legal internship in Frankfurt/Main. After her second legal exam (Zweites Staatsexamen), Julia Schweitzer was admitted to the bar in 2006. She is qualified as a specialised lawyer for employment law and member of the Society of Employment Law of the German's Lawyer Association.
