John has been a partner in Real Estate at Taylor Wessing since 1987, and headed the group for seven years from 1997 to 2003. His extensive experience covers all aspects of commercial property work, specialising in work for substantial PLCs, developers and investors.
Examples of his experience include:
- acting for Canada Life in connection with its property portfolio, consisting of investment properties and branch office/head office requirements;
- acting for Diageo plc in connection with its corporate property requirements, including negotiation of leases on its behalf of its headquarters buildings at Henrietta Place, W1 and St James's Square, SW1;
