Jörg Bausch – Partner

Jörg is specialised in giving comprehensive advice on all employment law matters to companies from various industrial sectors and has been advising clients in this area for many years. His experience includes giving employment law advice in transactions and in the contexts of company restructuring. His clients include middle-sized national and international companies as well as major market leaders. He is regularly instructed to represent clients in disputes concerning individual and collective employment law and acts on their behalf all over Germany in all court instances, as far as the Federal Labour Court.

Jörg completed the first and second German legal state exams in Hessia in 1989 and 1992. He qualified as a specialised lawyer for employment law in 1996.

Jörg is co-author of the commentary on the German Works Constitution Act ("Betriebsverfassungsgesetz") published by Haufe Verlag and is a regular speaker with the German Society for Personnel Management ("DGFP") and for other organizations on various employment topics, in particular on issues concerning the Works Council Constitution law. He is member of the European Employment Lawyers' Association.
