Jerry is a partner in both the Corporate and Real Estate Groups in the firm's Dubai office and specialises in corporate, real estate, information media and employment.
He has a broad range of experience in various areas of corporate law including company formations, joint ventures as well as mergers and acquisition. He advises on local and international corporate structures and on a variety of commercial contracts.
Jerry has written and contributed to numerous publications including, Summary Procedures - A Practitionery’s Guide (1995), Controlling Bribery and Corruption in International Business (1999), Doing Business in the Gulf (2000 and 2001), An Exporter's Guide to Trading in the Gulf (2000 and 2001) and British Business Group Guide to Establishing a Business in Dubai (2005).
He is a regular speaker at legal conferences in the UAE.
