Janka Gass – Partner

Janka concentrates on public procurement law with a particular focus on IT-services and building contracts. She advises both private companies on the bidding side and the state as contracting authority as regards the preparation and execution of tendering procedures and in case of litigation. As a further focus she gives legal advice and forensic support for closed property funds e.g. as to problems with regard to the purchase, the administration and financing of the realty assets.

Janka passed her legal studies in Trier, München, Naples (U.S.A.) and Berlin.
