Janka Gass advises a variety of companies on complex national and international commercial law issues. Her clients are predominantly from the technology sectors such as the energy and IT industries and the real estate industry. Janka Gass has particular expertise in the field of contract law and extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and settlements. She is also well-versed in current mediation techniques. Furthermore, Janka is an experienced litigator and advises on pursuing claims for damages and warranty claims arising from contracts for sale, works and services contracts, supply contracts, development contracts and leases.
Janka Gass also has proven expertise in public procurement law.
