Jan Wunschel – Partner

Jan Wunschel was born in Munich in 1960. Following his law studies in Munich he was admitted to the Munich bar in 1991. He became a partner at Taylor Wessing in 1996.

Jan’s main practice area are real estate transactions. He advises initiators, investors, distribution companies and especially banks on all aspects of their complex national and international real estate deals and real estate financing. The organization and implementation of real estate due diligence procedures form an important part of his work.

As a member of Taylor Wessing Germany’s Dispute Resolution Group, Jan conducts and coordinates contentious disputes arising from and in connection with real estate transactions as well as other M&A deals.

Jan Wunschel was head of Taylor Wessing Germany’s Real Estate Practice Department for six years and currently is a managing partner at the Munich office of Taylor Wessing Germany.
