Inke Dietz is member of the Practice Department Corporate. She advises companies and entrepreneurs concerning company and tax law. In addition she represents clients in criminal law and law of succession.
Inke Dietz studied law at the University of Kiel. After the first state examination (2004) she earned a doctorate at Professor Dr. Haimo Schack, LL.M. The theme of the dissertation was: "Das Erbrecht des Adoptivkindes im Internationalen Privatrecht" ("Law of succession of adopted children in the private international law"). She fulfilled her trainee ship amongst others at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin and at the higher regional court of Schleswig-Holstein. Subsequent to her second state examination in July 2007 she started to work as a lawyer for Taylor Wessing in Hamburg.
