Howard is a partner in the Corporate department and specialises in advising on venture capital investments, for both companies and investors, acquisitions and disposals as well as IPOs, particularly on AIM. He primarily works with companies in the media, technology and cleantech sectors.
Recent transactions include advising:
- the shareholders of Mobile Interactive Group on its sale to Velti plc for up to $59m;
- the shareholders of Multimap on its sale to Microsoft Corporation for a significant but undisclosed sum; and
- Climate Change Capital on a Euro9m investment into Nualight Limited.
Howard studied Law at the University of Warwick and Law at the Guildford College of Law.
Howard is recognised by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and PLC for his work on venture capital investment.
