Dr. Hortense Trendelenburg – Partner

Hortense Trendelenburg is a member of our Corporate Department in Frankfurt. She advises inter alia on cross-border transactions, public takeovers and restructurings, as well as tax questions connected there-with. In addition, she advises on questions of general corporate law, in particular stock corporation law and transformation law. Among her clients are industrial enterprises, banks and private equity funds.

Hortense Trendelenburg studied law at the University of Freiburg, and received her doctor’s degree from the University of Leipzig. She was admitted as a lawyer in 1999 and as a solicitor (England and Wales) in 2005. For some time, she worked as a lawyer in London. She has been a partner in Taylor Wessing since 2006.

Hortense Trendelenburg delivers presentations and writes articles about matters of M&A/corporate law, tax law and insolvency law in both German and English. Her articles have inter alia been published in NJW, GmbHR, NZG, ZInsO, MDR, International Insolvency Review, BB and International Business Lawyer.
