Heiner is a member of the Real Estate group. He advises large and medium-scale companies and public entities on all issues of public and administrative law and focuses on public procurement law, building and planning law and environmental law. Furthermore, Heiner specializes in real estate transactions.
Heiner studied law at the Universities of Düsseldorf, Maastricht and Vienna. Having passed the First Legal State Exam in 2005, he worked inter alia as intern at the United Nations Secretariat in New York City and obtained his doctorate in international economic law. During his legal traineeship, Heiner studied at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer and worked for the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and our Düsseldorf office respectively. In 2009, Heiner passed the Second Legal State Exam and was admitted to the bar.
