Hans Vonhoff is a member of the IT & Telecoms and Copyright & Media Law practice areas. He advises national and international companies in matters of competition, trade mark, advertising and copyright law, with another focus on software and technology license agreements and all issues of e-commerce and data protection law.

As a law student in Munich, Hans specialised in competition, intellectual property and media law and passed the legal state exams in 2008 and 2011. He spent part of his practical legal training at the commercial law firm Phillips Nizer LLP, New York City.

Hans received a scholarship from Richard Schieber Foundation and from the online organisation E-Fellows.

Hans, a native speaker of German, is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of the French and Italian languages.
