Frauke's main area of practice is advising national and international companies on all Employment Law issues. Furthermore she specialises in Employment Law related advice on transactions (due diligence and post-merger integration), company restructuring and the execution of plant alterations. Furthermore, Frauke advices on issues related to company pension schemes, equal treatment and Employment Law compliance.
She studied Law at the Universities of Münster and Lausanne and passed her First Legal State Exam in 1999 and the Second Legal State Exam in 2002. Frauke Biester graduated with a Doctor of Laws Degree and started her carrier with Taylor Wessing in 2002. Since 2006, Frauke is a certified employment lawyer.
Frauke Biester is member of the Employment Law Working Group of the German Lawyer Association, the German-British Lawyer Association and the European Employment Lawyer Association. She is a regular author and speaker on Employment Law related seminars.
