Elisabeth Schalk advises corporate clients in legal issues concerning limited liability companies, corporate groups, and partnerships. She specialises in reorganisation, M&A, and in advising family-owned and medium-sized businesses on asset structuring and matters of anticipated succession to property and corporate succession.
Elisabeth studied law at Munich university and worked as a legal trainee at several law firms and international organisations, including in Toronto and Geneva. She earned the “Certificat de Droit Transnational” from Université de Genève in 2003 and passed the two legal state exams in Munich in 2006 and 2008.
She speaks German, English and French and has a basic command of the Italian language.
