Dietrich works in all areas of intellectual property law and unfair competition law with a focus on patents and matters with a technical background. His clients are mainly active in the field of IT and life sciences. Dietrich’s experience includes the representation of clients in court as well as advice in contractual matters and technology transfer. He also has extensive experience in the review and transfer of IP rights in corporate transactions.
After completing both German legal state exams in the years 1998 and 2000 in Passau and Nürnberg, Dietrich graduated as Dr. jur. in Erlangen with a thesis on antitrust law. Beginning in 2002 he worked for clients in field of intellectual property law in an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main. He joined our team in Munich in October 2005.
Dietrich has published several articles in the field of copyright law, trademark law and unfair competition law.
