Dietrich Max is member of the Practice Area Corporate of Taylor Wessing. His practice concentrated on general corporate law, with a particular emphasis on owner run companies and their shareholders. Dietrich Max advises listed stock corporations regarding corporate and commercial law disputes. Litigation is another focus of his work. In addition, Dietrich Max has acquired extensive expertise in arbitration proceedings, both as legal advisor and arbitrator.
Dietrich Max was born in 1947. He obtained a doctorate degree in jurisprudence from the University of Göttingen and was admitted to the bar in 1977. He became partner with the law firm Taylor Wessing in 1980. Until 2010 he was the German senior partner of Taylor Wessing.
Till 2011 Dietrich Max was Vice President of the bar association in Düsseldorf.
