Dieter Lang, LL.M. Eur. – Partner

Dieter Lang has been working in our Frankfurt office since 1999. He has become partner at TW in the year 2003. He is advising national and international clients in the fields of public administrative law and real estate law. He specialises in public law and real estate related advice of domestic and cross-border transactions, investments and projects. He also advises clients in the industry and service sector in their public law related day-to-day business. In addition he has collected substantial knowledge and experience in the field of national and international public procurement law.

After his childhood in Schaessburg/Romania Dieter Lang went to school in Germany and studied law at the Universities in Mannheim, Munich and Saarbruecken. 1993 and 1996 he passed his exams in law and worked until 1999 as a research assistant at the University Saarbruecken focussing on public administrative law, environmental law as well as on public international law and EU-law. 1999 he finished the postgraduate studies “European Integration” at Saarbruecken (LL.M.Eur.). Because of his special experience in public administrative law he has been entitled to act as “Fachanwalt fuer Verwaltungsrecht” since 2003.

Dieter Lang’s working languages are German as his mother tongue and English. Furthermore he speaks French.

Dieter Lang is a member of the editorial team of the journal "Zeitschrift für Europäische Studien (ZEuS)”. In 2000 he has been appointed as lecturer in European procurement law at the University Saarbruecken (post-graduate program “European Integration”).

He is member of the „Gesellschaft für Umweltrecht“ and of the „Arbeitsgemeinschaft Verwaltungsrecht in Hessen“.
