Daniel Ajzensztejn was born in 1964 and grew up in Hamburg and studying first medicine then law at the University of Hamburg. After completing the First Legal State Exam in 1991 he became an assistant at the faculty of public and constitutional law of the University of Hamburg. Since then his special interest focused on real estate and environmental law. In 1994 he was an intern at the German Consulate General in Chicago. In 1998 he became a partner in the Hamburg office of Taylor Wessing. He is member of the Practice Area Real Estate.
Daniel Ajzensztejn was a member of the board of presidents of the Central Council of Jews in Germany and a member of the German committee of UNICEF. He has a personal interest in German history.
