Dr. Dagmar Entholt-Laudien is specialised in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and capital market law.
She completed her German legal state exams in Freiburg and Hamburg in 1982 and 1987. She graduated as Dr. iur. in 1985 with a thesis on civil procedural law. At the same time, she studied Business Administration and sat her interim examination. Her legal training included internships at Citibank, New York (General Counsel's Office) and the German Shipowners’ Association in Hamburg.
She was admitted to the German bar in 1987 and joined Taylor Wessing in the same year.
Dr. Dagmar Entholt-Laudien is a native German speaker, she is fluent in English and has some knowledge of the French language.
