Cornelia is a member of the Practice Group Private Client. She has a wide experience in advising an international client base in the area of family and estate law. Her work is focussed on litigation as well as drafting matrimonial property agreements, separation and divorce agreements and wills. In addition, Cornelia is active in the area of private real estate.
Cornelia studied law at the universities of Munich and St. Gallen, Switzerland, graduating in 2004. Subsequently she worked on her Ph.D. about insurance fraud in a comparative perspective between the U.S. and Germany. Her legal training included seats at our offices in Düsseldorf and London. Cornelia qualified as a lawyer in 2007 and joined our Düsseldorf office in March 2008.
Cornelia has published a number of articles in professional journals with a focus on civil law and civil procedure.
Cornelia, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
