Chris is a partner in the Real Estate department and specialises in advising on:
- Investment property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Development work for tenants and developers
Chris has recently acted on behalf of funds and property companies on deals which have included forward purchase of developments and sale and leaseback transactions and portfolio sales and purchases. He has also acted for a number of tenants in respect of their property requirements including advising on pre-developed site agreements for lease. His experience includes transactions in the retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.
