Christoph is working for the Practice Area Patents in Munich since 2000. His main areas of practice is Patent Law. In Patent Law, Christoph specialises in advising national and international clients on patent litigation (in particular cross border litigation) and IP-related transactions.
Christoph studied Law in Munich and Paris. After passing his bar exam in 1995, he spent three years working as a scholar and research assistant at the Max-Planck-Institute for Intellectual Property, Munich. Christoph then spent two years at the University of California (Davis/Berkeley) where he obtained a Master of Law Degree in Intellectual Property. In 1998 he passed the New York Bar exam.
Christoph is currently member of the following associations: GRUR (German Association for IP and Copyright), VPP (Association of Intellectual Property Experts), LESI (Licensing Executives Society International) and AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association).
