Christian is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. He specializes in contentious and non-contentious patent work for German and foreign companies.
Christian passed his first legal state exam at FreiburgUniversity in 2003. Thereafter, he earned his doctorate at an institute for information law of KarlsruheUniversity, writing a thesis about “Reliance within the Internet, especially E-Commerce”. He passed his second legal state exam at Düsseldorf in 2007. During his legal trainee programme he temporarily worked at the legal department of Opel (GM) and at the German Trade Office in Taipei/Taiwan.
Christian is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR).
Being a native German speaker, Christian is fluent in English and French, and has basic Italian skills.
