Carsten is a member of the Corporate practice group. His practice area for Taylor Wessing is concentrated on advice and litigation for family and medium-sized companies. In addition he is active in Corporate Finance and Commercial Law.
In 1996 he obtained the "Maîtrise en droit" from the University of Paris I and the "LL.M." from University of Cologne. In 1998 and 2001 he passed the two German legal state examinations. Subsequently he worked in an institute at the Cologne University where he wrote a dissertation on international mandatory provisions of German employment law.
Carsten has published a number of articles in professional journals with a focus on Private International Law.
