Carsten Bartholl – Partner

Carsten co-ordinates Taylor Wessing Germany's activities in the field of renewable energies, cleantech investments and carbon emissions reduction. He specialises in corporate structuring and M&A transactions, primarily in connection with renewable energy projects.  His practice extends to all stages of project development from early-stage structuring through financing and share or asset deal exit transactions. His services include the ongoing consulting for clients regarding the supply and exploitation of their services and products.

In addition to energy Carsten also focuses on the entertainment and technology-related industries.

Carsten studied law in Hamburg. Following his exams and two years professional research employment at Hamburg University he has worked as an attorney since 1996. He is a native German speaker, but is also fluent in English and French.
