Bibi Fortin Lees – Partner

Bibi Fortin Lees is a Private Client partner and Head of the Probate Group.

Bibi specialises in advice to personal representatives and beneficiaries on probate, succession and the administration of estates (domestic and international) and advice to trustees and beneficiaries on the administration of trusts.

She advises on lasting powers of attorney, deputyships and the jurisdiction of the Office of the Public Guardian/Court of Protection.

She also gives advice primarily to clients resident and domiciled in the UK but also those with overseas connections on estate and capital tax planning, including drafting wills and trusts.

Bibi studied at the University of Manchester and the College of Law (Chancery Lane) before training with Taylor Joynson Garrett.

Bibi is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Law Society Probate Section.

She speaks Spanish and French.
