Bertram is member of the Tax practice group. The focus of his work at Taylor Wessing is on advising family and medium sized enterprises in all aspects of Corporate and Tax law. Within corporate and tax law, he specialises in acquisitions, disposals and restructuring of companies.
After earning his degree as ”Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH)” in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Bertram studied law at the universities of Bayreuth and Munich. In the course of his studies, he obtained additional qualification in business law as “Wirtschaftsjurist (Uni. Bayreuth)”. During his legal clerkship, he complemented his legal training by postgraduate studies at the University of Administrative Sciences at Speyer. Bertram passed the two German state examinations in 2005 and 2007 and joined our Munich office in January 2008.
