Bernhard Kloft – Partner

Bernhard is a partner in our firm and a member of the Corporate practice group. He advises national and international clients in all aspects of Corporate Law and M&A transactions. His main areas of work are structured sales and acquisitions, LBO, LBI, joint ventures and public takeovers. Clients include international companies, finance institutions, private equity funds as well as medium-sized and privately owned enterprises. During his career, Bernhard has advised on numerous deals, both in the context of German and cross-border transactions.

Bernhard is a member of the International Bar Association, the German-British Lawyers Association and the German Association of Banking Law. Bernhard speaks German and English.
