Benjamin is a member of the Practice Area Corporate at our Munich Office. He focuses on general corporate housekeeping, corporate litigation and M&A transactions. One of his other main areas of practice constitutes advising family businesses with respect to succession.
Benjamin studied law in Passau, Munich and Sydney. He passed his German law exams in 2007 and 2009. During his studies he already supported Taylor Wessing as a legal trainee. Before starting work as an attorney for Taylor Wessing, Benjamin had worked several months as a corporate lawyer for an international law firm situated in Munich in 2010 (while finishing his doctoral thesis).
In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English and has a good command of French and Spanish.
