Anneke Brandt specialises in advising and representing domestic and international corporate clients in cross-border commercial transactions, in particular distribution agreements and the respective contracts under company and distribution law. She has particular expertise in the field of contractual general terms and conditions.
After studying at the University of Kiel, Anneke Brandt completed her legal training concentracting on Civil and Business Law. Her legal training included working at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein and for a law firm in Madrid, Spain, focusing on Commercial and Civil Law. She was admitted to the Hamburg Bar in 2002.
Anneke Brandt, is a native German speaker, and is fluent in English and French with a good knowledge of Spanish.
