Head of Incentives (UK)
Ann is a partner in the Private Client, Tax and Incentives group and is Head of the Incentives Team. Ann specialises in equity incentive arrangements and has particular experience in:
- tax aspects of equity structuring in relation to management for a wide range of companies;
- cross border issues including inward bound start ups; and
- takeovers, mergers and acquisitions.
Ann also advises on all types of approved and unapproved share plans and structuring involving venture capital and private equity.
Ann is ranked as a 'notable practitioner' by Chambers 2012 and is recommended by Legal 500 2011.
