Anja's practice concentrates on tax and corporate law. She advises corporate clients and entrepreneurs on the improvement of their company structures, succession of their businesses, and the legal structure of succession law. Furthermore, Anja represents corporate and private clients on corporate and tax disputes.
Anja studied Law at the Universities of Bonn and Hamburg specialising in Corporate and Tax Law. After taking the First State Exam in 2000, Anja completed a Supplementary Course of Studies in Commercial Law. Following her Second State Exam, Anja joined our Hamburg office in September 2003.
Anja, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
