Andreas specializes in court litigation and dispute resolution in the area of corporations, in particular in defending clients in minority shareholder suits and acting in boardroom litigation. He advises in the areas of corporate compliance, corporate governance and in complex shareholder meetings.
Andreas is acting as supervisory board member and is member of the board in the Association for Research in economic and media law at the University of Bayreuth. He regularly publishes on stock corporation law.
