Dr. Andreas Schrettl – Partner

Andreas Schrettl is specialised to advise clients in insolvency or reorganization. For more than 15 years he restructured companies from all branches affected by a crisis. Andreas Schrettl provides comprehensive advice in the formulation of purchase contracts and contracts for work and services, primarily for companies from the technology-oriented or engineering sectors. Andreas Schrettl is regularly instructed to represent clients in court in civil law and commercial law litigations.

In 1987 and 1989 Andreas Schrettl passed the first and second state law examinations in Bayreuth and Augsburg and completed further studies in business management and tax law at the University of Augsburg in 1989. In 1992 he was awarded doctor of laws and has been Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht (lawyer specializing in tax law) since 2000.

Andreas Schrettl has published articles on insolvency law and procedural issues, also at an international level, amongst others in the Financier Worldwide Magazine. He is a member of the INSOLEUROPE, of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Insolvenzrecht und Sanierung im Deutschen Anwaltverein (working committee for insolvency law and reorganization of the German lawyers’ association) and the Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Fachanwälte für Steuerrecht e.V (working committee of tax lawyers association).
