Alexander Roth is a member of the Corporate practice group. His focus is advising clients on corporate transactions in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures. This includes advising international companies on inward investments. Other main areas of expertise are corporate structuring and general advisory in the field of corporate law.
Alexander Roth studied law at the Universities of Munich and Ferrara, Italy. He passed his legal examinations in the years 2004 and 2006 in Munich. In the year of 2007 he completed a master programme of study (Magister Juris) at the University of Oxford, England, with a focus on international business law. He received legal training at internationally leading business law firms and at the Bavarian Representative Office at the European Union. He is a certified mediator for economic disputes (CVM). He has been admitted to the bar since 2008 and works in the Hamburg Office of Taylor Wessing.
Alexander Roth is a member of the German British and the German Italian Lawyers’ Association.
