Agata Jurek-Zbrojska – BSJP Legal-Partner

Agata Jurek-Zbrojska is a partner and an active member of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Departments. She specialises in providing advice on all legal matters relating to the real estate market transactions. Agata has extensive experience working on projects from within the renewable energy field, including wind farm construction. Among her clients are developers, construction companies as well as investment funds and financial institutions. She advises them on issues concerning property leasing and management, as well as construction works and infrastructure. Agata is also experienced in structuring joint venture and public private partnership transactions.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the School of American Law at the University of Warsaw.

Agata is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she is currently studying for a PhD and working as a lecturer. Agata, a native Polish speaker, is fluent in English.
