Adela is a senior associate in the Corporate and Commercial department of Taylor Wessing (Middle East) LLP. Her practice covers corporate and corporate finance work, including private equity (including MBOs), venture capital, cross border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganizations as well as general company and commercial law work.
Adela is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales where she qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Between September 2004 and September 2009 Adela worked in the London office of Taylor Wessing.
She is also a member of the Romanian Bar Association.
