Capital market specialist joins Taylor Wessing in Berlin
Marc-Oliver Kurth LL.M. (36) will join Taylor Wessing's Berlin office in June 2007 as a partner in the corporate department, specialising in capital markets and M&A work. Marc-Oliver joins from Hoffmann Liebs Fritsch & Partner and his appointment is the first of a number of high-calibre lateral hires planned for the Berlin office.
A partner in Hoffmann Liebs’ Berlin office since 2004, Marc-Oliver's expertise lies predominantly in mergers and acquisitions and stock/capital market transactions for public companies. He has worked on numerous IPOs and other capital market transactions, advising both issuers and banks. He boasts excellent contacts in the German capital markets and corporate finance sectors, as well as with international investors, mainly in China and the USA. His past clients include publicly traded and medium-sized companies within Germany, as well as major international corporations and investors.
