Tech Focus Employment Incentives & Immigration

There are two key elements to a successful technology company: a great idea which can be commercialised and a strong team. However good an idea is, it is nothing without a strong team. Accordingly, keeping the team happy, motivated and legally bound into the company is of paramount importance.   

The speakers will focus on:

• issues arising out of running a tech company team 
• essentials of employment law when hiring and firing
• equity incentives
• entrepreneur visas and sponsoring work visas for key non-european employees

all in the context of early stage companies.

Please arrive for registration from 6:30pm, the presentations will start at 7pm prompt until 8pm, food and drinks will then be served along with an opportunity to network.
