The Middle East
Key & Dixon joins forces with Taylor Wessing
Taylor Wessing has launched its Dubai office by merging with its long-standing associated firm Key & Dixon.
Over the last five years, Taylor Wessing and Key & Dixon have enjoyed a busy client referral network to and from the Middle East. The decision to merge is a natural extension to our stated aim of providing clients who work with and from Europe, access to our legal services in jurisdictions where they are increasingly active. We believe that, by combining the strength of the existing relationships between the two firms with a deeply-rooted Middle Eastern practice, Taylor Wessing (Middle East) LLP offers something distinctly different to our clients and the market at large.
The merged firm's Middle Eastern operations will be managed by Christopher Dixon. Christopher is joined by former Key & Dixon partners Osama Hassan, Jerry Parks and Pier Terblanche, together with their full team of associates and other personnel. The team will provide wide-ranging expertise in corporate, commercial, financial services, IT and media, litigation and arbitration, real estate, intellectual property, private client and employment. Consultants, Jeremy Key and Peter Shaw will also continue to work with the Dubai office.
