Rodney is a division director of Taylor Wessing, sitting on the management board and the international management board. He advises UK and international banks in relation to structured finance and workouts.  He has acted for a number of banks, borrowers and sponsors over the years in a variety of industry sectors.

Rodney’s specialist areas include:

• Finance (asset acquisition and project finance),
• Restructuring, and
• Islamic Finance.

Rodney is recognised in the latest editions of the Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories. The latter describes Rodney as "the one to go to for any ad hoc information" and is "a very approachable guy who cares about the quality of service and the quality of his team".
