Niki joined Taylor Wessing in May 2011 and is a partner in the Employment and Pensions group.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing Niki trained and spent 10 years with Addleshaw Goddard where she helped establish their London Employment practice.

Niki is highly experienced in all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law and handles all types of employment work with a particular focus on:

  • The application of TUPE to commercial transactions
  • Whistleblowing at work
  • Large scale restructuring programmes involving changes to terms and conditions of employment;
  • Data protection and privacy issues in the workplace

Niki has acted for a number of her corporate clients (who span a number of industry sectors) for over 10 years and has become a trusted business advisor to those for whom she regularly acts. This has been underpinned by Niki having spent time seconded to clients’ in-house legal and employee relations departments during her career. Niki also acts for senior individuals on a regular basis and has handled a number of high value and high profile litigation matters.

A graduate of the London School of Economics & Political Science, Niki is a regular speaker at client seminars and has a wealth of experience in devising and delivering bespoke legal and employee relations training to the HR community. Niki is author of the PLC Practice Note on Changing Terms and Conditions of Employment and a member of both the Employment Law Association and European Employment Law Association.
