Nicolas joined the firm's Paris Corporate Finance team as partner in November 2008.
Nicolas specialises in the stock market and private equity fields (from venture capital to LBO transactions), and advises French and overseas clients on a regular basis with respect to M&A and private equity issues, on behalf of both investment funds and managers, and has developed extensive expertise in securities law.
Nicolas is a member of the Paris and New York Bar Associations, having started his career with CMS Francis Lefebvre based in Buenos Aires and Paris (1997-2000); he then joined Skadden Arps law firm and was based in New York and Paris (2001-2007) and became a partner with Aramis Law in 2007.
Nicolas is French and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
