Evelyne joined Taylor Wessing Paris in December 2008 as head of the Antitrust and Business Law Department.  

As a specialist in antitrust and business law, Evelyne advises and represents clients with respect to their business practices vis-à-vis French and EC antitrust laws and conducts dispute resolutions before the relevant antitrust authorities.  

Experienced in contract law, Evelyne drafts and analyses commercial contracts for clients, ensuring they comply with antitrust rules. She further advises clients in complying with French rules concerning transparency of pricing policies, invoicing and fair trade practices.  

Evelyne also deals with notifications of mergers and acquisitions before the European Commission and the French antitrust authorities. Finally, Evelyne regularly advises clients in consumer law. In addition, she has developed an expertise on regulatory issues and especially in pharmaceutical law.  

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992, Evelyne was previously with Jones Day where she practiced as Counsel from 2003 onwards.  

Evelyne has a Doctor of Laws degree (LL.D - she defended her doctoral thesis on the subject of “The extraterritoriality of antitrust laws in the United States and the European Community” at the University of Paris II). She also has a DEA degree in EC Law (University Paris II), a DESS degree in Foreign Trade-related law (University Paris I) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Common Law Studies (Georgetown University Law Center – Washington D.C.).    

In addition to her practice as a lawyer, Evelyne is actively involved in defending the rights of disabled people. She is the Chairman of the NGO Autism- Europe (which she represents before European organisations) and also acts as manager or expert assessor for French and international associations.

Evelyne has lectured for several years at the University Paris II (Panthéon Assas) and at the Institute of Political Studies of Paris.

Evelyne regularly contributes articles to legal magazines in France and abroad.
